Donoho is Chief Financial Officer of Whitney Information Network, Inc. Previously, she was Independent Financial Consultant for 10 years engaging in interim accounting, SEC reporting and finance assignments for publicly held e-commerce, retail and financial services companies.
Prior to that, Ms. Donoho served in various corporate controller, accounting, financial reporting and internal audit positions with Broadway Department Stores from 1995 to 1996, The Walt Disney Company from 1990 to 1994, Restaurant Enterprises Group, Inc. from 1986 to 1990), Denny's, Inc. from 1983 to 1986 and American Airlines from 1981 to 1983.
She was an audit staff of Ernst & Young from 1979 to 1981.
Ms. Donoho received a BS in Accounting from San Diego State University and an MBA from the University of Southern California
