Prior to joining Paul Capital in 2001, Ms. Watson was the Fund Manager for an early stage software venture capital fund and an investment banker with UBS where she originated and executed corporate finance and mergers and acquisition transactions in the Canadian media, telecom and technology sectors.
Ms. Watson has an M.B.A.
from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto.
