Andrea You - Associate She is responsible for screening, evaluating, and executing potential Cathay Innovation investments, as well as post-investment monitoring.
Prior to joining Cathay Innovation, Andrea was on Twitter’s Revenue Strategy & Operations team where she drove analyses to promote revenue growth and operational efficiencies across Twitter’s US advertising business.
Prior to Twitter, she started her career at BDT Capital Partners, a Chicago-based private equity firm that focuses on family and founder-led businesses, where she advised on investment diligence and execution, as well as portfolio management and fund reporting.
Andrea graduated from New York University’s Stern School of Business with a B.S.
in Finance and Computing & Data Science, and a minor in Food Science & Nutrition.
