Mr. Alan Wong, CFA, is a Director of Real Estate-Asia Pacific at Nuveen Hong Kong Ltd.
He is the assistant real estate manager for Nuveen Real Estate’s Asia Pacific region.
He is responsible for assisting formulating and executing the investment strategy and monitoring overall performance of the assets, including day-to-day operations, acquisition analysis, asset management, client and reporting-related matters.

He holds the CFA designation and is a member of the Hong Kong Society of Financial Analysts.
