PERL SA was created in June 2000 by Alain and Frédéric Goulet Laurier. His team combine their expertise in real estate, finance and construction. The team of Perl is characterized by its dual culture, public and private. To carry out its operations, Perl relies on strong partnerships with both major national developers with majors in construction. Perl surrounded expert advice in real estate law and taxation, thus providing greater legal security to its customers. The rental operators are always retained by Perl donors recognized by their professionalism. They have, moreover, a social purpose: SA HLM, city and county Public Offices. Nearly 1,600 homes have been made to date under the SERP scheme (ULS Usufruct Rental Office).
