Fiera Capital (UK) Ltd. (Fiera UK) is the wholly-owned, Great Britain-based asset management subsidiary of Fiera Capital Europe Ltd., which is wholly-owned by Fiera Capital Corp. (TSE: FSZ) in Canada. The firm was founded by Andrew Pegge in 1995 as Regent Kingpin Capital Management Ltd. They were also formerly known as Charlemagne Capital (UK) Ltd. Headquartered in London, Fiera UK provides investment advisory and investment management services to a range of mutual funds, pension/profit sharing plan clients (but not the plan participants) and other financial institutions. The firm is a signatory to the UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI) and considers environmental, social and corporate governance issues when constructing portfolios.

Man Group Investments Ltd. (MGI) is the asset management subsidiary of Man Investments Finance Ltd., which is ultimately owned by Man Group Plc (LON: EMG) in Great Britain. Formerly known as GLG Partners UK Ltd., the firm was founded in 1995 as the UK arm of Société Générale Asset Management SA in Paris. In 2009 they were acquired by GLG Partners, which was subsequently acquired by Man Group in 2010.
