Profile

Ms. Adele MacEwen is an Impact Research Analyst at Community Capital Management, Inc. She is responsible for researching and writing impact investment summary reports including articulating the positive impact outcomes of securities to society and tracking relevant quantitative impact and ESG metrics.
She also works closely with IT, marketing, and the investment team in overseeing client impact reports including quality assurance with respect to impact data points, impact themes, and impact stories.
Ms. MacEwen joined Community Capital Management (CCM) after completing her Masters in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
For her final capstone project at Columbia, she worked with Ithaca’s Office of Sustainability to further its commitment to fully decarbonize its building stock by 2030.
Prior to Columbia, she was a loan processor at Mortgage Network, where she evaluated borrower information for potential purchases or refinances.
Adele received her B.A.
in Environmental Studies, with concentrations in English and Earth Science, from Vassar College.
She was a member of Vassar’s Women’s lacrosse team, and led the team’s sustainability initiatives.
