Adam is a highly successful investor with more than 18 years of experience investing into EMEA, US and APAC.
His track record includes over 35 investments within key areas of fintech including payments, blockchain and artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining Apis, Adam led Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Global Principal Investments portfolio, with a focus on financial and technology private equity investments.
There he had a global mandate focused on strategic investments across financials, technology companies and key fintech Investment trends.
As Co-Chair of the Global Investment Committee, he oversaw all new investments and a portfolio of over $2Bn, comprising 45+ fintech companies.
During his time at Bank of Americas Merrill Lynch, Adam led investments into Kensho, Markit (now IHS Markit), Chi-X Europe (now CBOE Bats), Modo Payments, Tradeweb, Source, Turquoise and R3.
He also led the successful exit of 16 portfolio companies, including the IPOs of Markit and Bats.
Previously, he worked in the emerging markets business at Barclays supported by a foundation in strategy consulting.
