He founded Solid World Group SpA in 2003 and holds the title of Chairman & Chief Executive Officer.
He has also held the position of Chairman at Prime Srl, Solid Energy Real Estate SRL, and is a Partner at Societa' Agricola Belvedere di da Ros Claudio e Rizzo Roberto.
Mr. Rizzo previously held the position of Chairman at Energy Group Srl.
He received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Sapienza University of Rome in 1983 and 1984, respectively.

James Rizzo has been Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Town Sports International Holdings, Inc. since February 2007.
He was Vice President of Human Resources for Duane Reade, Inc. from October 1998 to February 2007 and Childcraft, Inc. from 1989 to 1995 and President and Chief Operating Officer of Holbrook-Patterson, Inc. from April 1995 to September 1998.
Mr. Rizzo was President of Personnel Systems Co. He held various senior human resources positions with Talbots Inc., Hit or Miss Stores and the Melville Corp.
He received a BA from Northeastern University.
