Hydrogenious Technologies GmbH announced that it has received its third round of funding from new investor Zhongshan Broad-Ocean Motor Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002249) for €6,503,800 and existing investor AP Ventures on January 15, 2018. The company issued common shares and convertible bonds in the transaction. Zhongshan Broad-Ocean Motor Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002249) acquired 10.2% stake in the company. The transaction was approved by the board of directors of Zhongshan Broad-Ocean Motor Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002249). The company entered into a investment agreement with Zhongshan Broad-Ocean Motor Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002249).
ZHONGSHAN BROAD-OCEAN MOTOR CO., LTD is an electrical appliance manufacturer. The Company operates its businesses through four segments.
