ZHEJIANG ASIA-PACIFIC MECHANICAL & ELECTRONIC CO.,LTD Suzhou Anzhi Automobile Components Co., Ltd. announced that it has signed a capital increase agreement with new investor Zhejiang Asia-Pacific Mechanical & Electronic Co., Ltd. to receive CNY 5,000,000 in an equity round of funding on January 24, 2016. As part of the round, the investor will acquire a total of 10% stake in the company. Of the amount to be received, CNY 233,300 will be added to the registered capital of the company and remaining will be added to its capital reserve.
Post transaction, the registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 2,100,000 to CNY 2,333,300.
