COMUNICADO AO MERCADO

BK Brasil Operação e Assessoria a Restaurantes S.A. ("Companhia"), em cumprimento ao disposto no artigo 12 da Instrução da Comissão de Valores Mobiliários nº 358, de 3 de janeiro de 2002, conforme alterada ("Instrução CVM 358"), comunica aos seus acionistas e ao mercado em geral que, em 28 de setembro de 2021, recebeu as informações abaixo enviadas em inglês, da APG Asset Management, informando que em 23 de setembro de 2021, diminuiu sua participação acionária para patamar inferior a 5% das ações da Companhia, se qualificando como detentora de participação relevante no capital social da Companhia.

A participação societária detida pela APG Asset Management alcançou 13.557.848 (treze milhões, quinhentas e cinquenta e sete mil, oitocentas e quarenta e oito) ações ordinárias, representando 4,931% das ações de emissão da Companhia.

A APG Asset Management informa que, com exceção das ações indicadas acima, não detém quaisquer outros valores mobiliários ou derivativos relacionados ou referenciados em ações de emissão da Companhia.

A Companhia ressalta que as informações específicas exigidas pelo artigo 12 da Instrução CVM 358 constam da correspondência anexa a este comunicado.

NOTICE TO THE MARKET

BK Brasil Operação e Assessoria a Restaurantes S.A. ("Company"), in compliance with article 12 of Instruction 358 issued by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) of January 3, 2002, as amended ("CVM Instruction 358"), hereby informs to its shareholders and the market that on September 28th, 2021, received the following information from APG Asset Management, informing that on September 23th, 2021, decreased its stake to less than 5% of the Company's capital stock, qualifying from now on, as relevant shareholding in the Company.

The shares held by APG Asset Management reached 13,557,848 (thirteen million, five hundred and fifty-seven thousand, eight thousand and forty-eight) common shares, representing 4,931% of the shares issued by the Company.

APG Asset Management also informs that, except by the common shares above mentioned, does not hold any other securities or derivatives in connection with or referred to shares issued by the Company.

The Company informs that the specific information required by article 12 of CVM Instruction 358 is included in the letter attached to this notice.
