CHANGE OF COMPOSITION OF NOMINATION COMMITTEE

The board of directors of Yorkey Optical International (Cayman) Ltd. (the "Company") hereby announces that Mr. Kurihara Toshihiko, the executive director and chief executive officer of the Company, has been appointed as a member of the Nomination Committee of the Company with effect from 18 June 2019.

As a result of the above change, the Nomination Committee comprises Mr. Lin Meng-Tsung (Chairman), Mr. Liu Wei-Li, Mr. Wang Yi-Chi and Mr. Kurihara Toshihiko.
