Company Appoints New CEO

Jerusalem, June 2, 2009 - WizCom Technologies Ltd. ("WizCom") (Prime
Standard: WZM, IL 0010830706) today announces a change to its top
management with the appointment of Mr. Shimon Amouyal as CEO,
effective immediately. Shimon Amouyal is taking over the role of Mr.
Ronen Elad, who temporarily held the position of the CEO since
September 2008, will now take on the role of Chairman of the Board of
Directors, a position previously held by Mr. Gideon Ben-Zvi. Mr.
Ben-Zvi will remain ordinary member of the Board of Directors.

Shimon Amouyal, was formerly the CEO for 3Com Israel and the Regional
Sales Director for 3COM MED & EE, a leading global provider of
enterprise and small-business networking solutions. Prior to joining
3Com Israel in 1997, he worked in several well known companies, such
as CMS-Hewlett Packard and Intel Corporation. Mr. Amouyal earned his
B.Sc. degree Business management from Mercy College in New York.

Mr. Elad, WizCom's chairman, stated, "We are delighted to have been
