magazine partnered with Penn State Universityconducted a Web-based survey of VAR subscribers from mid-September 2011 through early October 2011. A total of 10,833 votes were castmeasured across seven categories including service/support, channel friendly, channel program, product features, product reliability, product innovation,adequate VAR margin. Formerly a solution provided by PAETEC Holding Corp., which was acquired by Windstream in December of last year, Allworx received its highest marks in the product reliability, service/support,channel friendly categories.
