Director/PDMR Shareholding

On 10 January 2017 the Company announced the issue of deferred consideration shares in relation to the acquisition of InterHigh. The shares have been issued to Mr and Mrs P Daniell who are respectively the Principal of InterHigh and a director of the Company. Following the issue Mr and Mrs Daniell are now interested in a total of 13,065,157 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 13.28 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
