High River, (AB)-Following yesterday's hail storm, Western Financial Group (Western) has extended its hours at its local claims centre in High River through the weekend.

Located at 1010 - 24th Street S.E. in High River, Western's claims centre will be open to customers from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. from Wednesday, July 24 through to Sunday, July 28.  

"We encourage all of customers affected by Tuesday's hail storm to visit us on-site this week so we can help you process your claim," said Jeff Burke, President and CEO of Western Financial Group's network of insurance brokerages. "We know that customers are frustrated with the recent flooding and hail damage to their cars and property. Our team is working to process as many claims as possible. At this time, we are continuing to prioritize the critical claims from the recent Alberta floods."

High River residents with an emergency claim after regular business hours can call Western's 24/7 claims line at 1 (877) 599-7299.
