Vonpende Holdings P.L.C. (CSE:VOPE) signed an agreement to acquire Elbridge Investments Limited from Romvan Investments Limited on July 28, 2020. As a part of transaction, Vonpende Holdings P.L.C. will acquire 0.1 million shares of €1 each in Elbridge Investments Limited.
