Composition of Audit Committee (Name and Directorate of members after change): Mr. Leow Wey Seng (Chairman, Independent Non-Executive Director) and Mr. Ling Chi Hoong (Member, Independent Non-Executive Director). Following the resignation of Dato' Mohd Zaihan bin Mohd Zain (Dato' Zaihan) as Director of the Company with effect on 23 April 2024, Dato' Zaihan has also ceased to be a member of the Audit Committee from 23 April 2024.
