  10. The action plan during the first half year until the closing date in 2017

  11. The action plan during the first half year until the closing date in 2017 is to obtain the approvals from the relevant antitrust authorities required for the acquisition of the shares in Vinythai. Based on outside counsel's analysis of the applicable procedure in each relevant jurisdiction where pre-merger antitrust clearances are required for this transaction, Solvay SA and AGC expect such approvals to be obtained at the latest by the end of the first half of 2017.

    Other than the above, Vinythai and its subsidiaries will continue to carry on their businesses in the ordinary course consistent with past practice.
