Village Roadshow Limited that with effect from July 1, 2014, Mr. David Evans will become VRL's Lead Independent Director, replacing Dr. Peter Jonson who has held the position since November 2008. In addition the company announced that with effect from July 1, 2014, Dr. Peter Jonson will join VRL's Nomination Committee as Chair, replacing Mr. Robert Kirby, VRL's Co-Chairman and Co-CEO.
