Bit Galaxia Fund 1 acquired 12.2% stake in Seven Star Works Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A121800) from Wecast Media Group Limited for KRW 5.9 billion on January 26, 2017. Sun Seven Stars sold 2.1 million shares at KRW 2775 per share. Bit Galaxia Fund 1 used own funds for the acquisition.
