Uroica Precision Information Engineering Co.,Ltd announced that it has received CNY 179.999992 million in funding from Changjiang Securities Company Limited, Caitong Fund Management Co., Ltd., First Capital Innovative Management Corporation Ltd.

On January 13, 2017, the company closed the transaction. Post the closing of the transaction the shares issue increases to 638,394,366 shares to 660,399,255 shares.
