Notice on Quarterly Results of TRLEI

(Preliminary Report for 2nd Quarter of Fiscal 2024)

Universal Entertainment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") hereby announces the preliminary results (preliminary report) of TIGER RESORT, LEISURE AND ENTERTAINMENT, INC. (hereinafter referred to as "TRLEI") for the second quarter of the fiscal year 2024 as follows.

1. Quarterly Performance for the Second Quarter

TRLEI posted gross gaming revenue of 8,835 million Philippine pesos and other revenue of 1,004 million pesos, and adjusted segment EBITDA of 2,146 million pesos for the second quater of the fiscal year 2024.

For the year-to-date results, total revenue amounted to 19,586 million pesos consisting of gross gaming revenue of 17,612 million pesos and other revenue of 1,974 million pesos and adjusted segment EBITDA totaled 4,478 million pesos for the first half of the fiscal year 2024.
