Uniplus Electronics Co., Ltd. (GTSM:5381) announced a private placement of 28,321,569 shares at an issue price of NTD 5.65 per share for gross proceeds of NTD 160,016,865 on January 29, 2021. The transaction included participation from Delin Biotechnology Co., Ltd and Youde Investment Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of the company.
UNIPLUS ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of drilling lubricated aluminum cover boards and multiple laminated substrates. The Companyâs products also include glass fiber films, copper clad laminates (CCLs), thermal aluminum substrate circuit boards and others. The Company's products are mainly applied in the manufacture of double-sided and multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs) for electronic products, information products and communication equipment. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
