Sentula Mining Limited announced that Mr. Jonathan Best has for personal reasons resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Board with effect from August 8, 2014. Mr. Ralph Patmore, Independent Non-Executive Director, will assume the role of acting Chairman of the Board until such time as the Board is in a position to appoint a new Chairperson.
