On January 19, Fidelity Investments Canada ULC declared to the AMF that it had individually exceeded the threshold of 5% of Ubisoft's share capital and held 5.11% of the share capital and 4.70% of the voting rights of the video game publisher.

This threshold crossing resulted from the acquisition of Ubisoft shares on the market. On this occasion, FIL Limited did not cross any threshold and, as of January 19, through the companies it controls, held 8.66% of the capital and 7.97% of the voting rights.
