Tsubaki Nakashima Co., Ltd. announced at the Board of Directors meeting held on December 17, 2021, the Company decided to appoint Executive Officers effective from January 1, 2022. The changes are Tomofumi GOTSUBO appointed to new positions of Representative Executive Officer, CGO, Serving as director from the previous title of Representative Executive Officer, COO Japan, China & Asia Region, Global Ceramics Business Serving as director, Shakil OHARA appointed as Executive Officer, Serving as director from the previous title of Executive Officer, Senior EVP, CFO IR, IS/IT Serving as director, Hisashi TATE as Executive Officer, Senior EVP, CFO Business Planning and Strategy, IR, IS/IT from the previous title of Executive Officer, VP, CSO Business Planning and Strategy, Evelise FARO as Executive Officer, Senior EVP, CTO from the previous title of Executive Officer, EVP Americas & Europe Region, Roller Business.
