TS Trillion Co., Ltd. (XKON:A284610) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase shares up to KRW 300 million worth of its shares under the contract with Hana Financial Investment Co., Ltd. The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder value and to stabilize stock price. The program will be valid until June 11, 2020. As of December 11, 2019, the company had 243,853 shares in treasury under the dividend capacity and no shares in treasury under other capacities.
