In 2015, exports of ESPO oil from the oil port Kozmino totaled 30.4 m tons, which is 5.5 m tons higher than in 2014.

Last year's major oil recipients included China with 14.7 m tons (48.3%), Japan with 8.7 m tons (28.7%), South Korea which received 3.2 m tons (10.5%). Some 0.7 m tons were shipped to each of the US, Singapore and New Zealand (2.3%), followed by 0.6 m tons to the Philippines (1.9%), 0.5 m tons to Thailand (1.6%), 0.3 to Taiwan (1%), 0.2 m tons to Malaysia (0.8%). For the first time ever a load of ESPO oil from the Kozmino port was shipped to Vietnam (0.1 m tons or 0.3%).

Overall, in six years from bringing online the Eastern Siberia ‑ Pacific Ocean Pipeline System and launching operation of Transneft ‑ Kozmino Port, LLC (28 December 2009) more than 123 m tons of oil were exported via Transneft terminal in the Far East.

In 2016, it is planned to ship circa 31 m tons of oil from the Kozmino port to ATP nations, which is 0.6 m tons higher than in 2015.

To boost the capacity, Transneft ‑ Kozmino Port, LLC partnered with FSUE Rosmorport to revamp the approach dam and dredge the anchorage area at mooring No. 2, which will enable to receive tankers with the deadweight up to 150,000 tons at both terminals. The terminal delivery capacity will likewise be increased due to construction of new oil storage tanks in the scope of port tank farm.
