According to Article 5 of the "Regulations Governing Appointment of Independent Directors and Compliance Matters for Public Companies", the reasons for continuing to nominate them as independent directors should be announced. 6.Countermeasures:Mr. Tsai Sam, and Mr. Su Ing-Ching have a wealth of professional knowledge that can be critical advisors for the Company. Although they have positioned as independent directors for three terms, the Company remains reliance on the expertise for playing full of specialty in addition to duty performance, and monitor, give professional advice to the board of directors.
