Top Spring International Holdings Limited reported unaudited operating results for the year ended 31 December 2020. For the twelve months ended 31 December 2020, the pre-sales of the Group were approximately HKD 1,125.2 million, among which, pre-sales of properties and pre-sales of car park units were approximately HKD 1,118.4 million and approximately HKD 6.8 million, respectively, with the pre-sales properties' gross floor area of approximately16,839 sq.m., and the average selling price of pre-sales properties was approximately HKD 66,416 per sq.m. Over 90% of the above pre-sales were derived from 128 Waterloo and Upper Residence Topspring launched in the fourth quarter of 2020.
