The company has applied for new shares’ registration at China Securities Depository and Clearing Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch. New shares will not be transferrable within 36 months from the issuance closing date as well as the shares listing date, January 19, 2017. The company has received net proceeds of CNY 508,358,784.72 in the transaction.
