An unknown buyer acquired 7.39% stake in TOBESOFT Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A079970) from At-Global Holdings Co., Ltd. and Abacus Muse Enter Private Association No. 1 on October 29, 2019. Under the terms of transaction, the buyer will acquire 1.5 million shares from At-Global Holdings Co., Ltd. and 0.46 million shares from Abacus Muse Enter Private Association No. 1. Upon completion, At-Global Holdings Co., Ltd. and Abacus Muse Enter Private Association No. 1 will not hold any stake in TOBESOFT Co., Ltd. In a related transaction, Intestinal selling will acquire 1.05% stake in TOBESOFT Co., Ltd. from AT Global Holdings Co., Ltd. for KRW 3.9 billion.

The Companyâs products include Miplatform series, which provide integrated wired and wireless development and operation environment, XPLATFORM series, which are user interface (UI) development platforms based on rich Internet applications (RIAs), as well as X series platforms. It is also involved in the provision of repair and maintenance services for its products. The Companyâs main clients are Samsung SDS, Hyundai AutoEver and others. On February 7, 2014, the Company sold its entire shares of a wholly owned subsidiary, TOBESOFT JAPAN Co.,Ltd.
