Tintri, Inc. announced that on March 21, 2018, John Bolger resigned from the Board and all committees thereof, effective immediately, due to health reasons. Mr. Bolger did not resign due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the company's operations, policies or practices. Effective as of March 21, 2018, the Board appointed Peter Sonsini, a member of the Board, as a member of the Audit Committee of the Board (the Audit Committee) to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Bolger's resignation.
