Hong Kong, 8 March 2010 - Thomson Reuters today announced that Eric Frank,
President, Investment & Advisory, Thomson Reuters Markets, has relocated to Hong
Kong from New York. Mr. Frank's move to Hong Kong strengthens Thomson Reuters
commitment to growing its business across the Asia Pacific region. While in Asia
Pacific, Mr. Frank will lead the business in developing localized solutions to
compliment Investment & Advisory's market-leading global product and content
set.

With US$ 2.2 billion in annual revenue, Investment & Advisory is Thomson Reuters
second largest financial services facing business and provides differentiated
analytics, content and workflow tools that drive complex financial
decision-making and increase performance and efficiency for customers in
corporate services, investment management, investment banking and wealth
management around the world.

"As M&A and investment banking activity, a rapidly emerging buy side, wealth
creation, and corporate growth are increasingly being driven out of Asia
Pacific, it was a logical time for me to move to the region and oversee the
global business from Asia Pacific first hand," said Eric Frank, President,
Investment & Advisory, Thomson Reuters. "Thomson Reuters goal for its Investment
& Advisory business is to localize its global platform for the countries across
the Asia Pacific region by developing local-language products and content to
meet the unique needs of our customers here. From the rich domestic markets of
Hong Kong, Australia and Japan to the emerging opportunities in China and India,
I am excited to be here and look forward to building our business in such a
dynamic and growing market."

Mr. Frank's move to Asia Pacific comes in the wake of multiple recent strategic
hires across the region including Henry Li, as Head of China; Kotaro Okamura, as
Head of Japan; Tarun Anand as Head of South Asia, based in Mumbai; Samir Shah as
Head of Business Operations, Asia, based in Singapore; and Daphne Huang as Head
of Taiwan.

"Asia Pacific is a key strategic region for Thomson Reuters," said Devin Wenig,
CEO of Thomson Reuters Markets.  "Eric's decision to move to Asia Pacific, the
first head of one of our Markets divisions to do so, supports our ambitions to
seize the immense growth opportunities in the region."

Mr. Frank has nearly twenty years of financial services experience. Prior to his
current appointment in July 2008, Mr. Frank was Global Managing Director of the
Investment Management segment of the Thomson Financial Corporate group since
January 2004.

Previously, Mr. Frank was the Executive Vice President in charge of business
development, product development, and third party sales for Thomson Financial.
He joined Thomson Financial in 2000 as a result of its acquisition of The Carson
Group, where he was a Managing Director/Partner.  His prior experience includes
10 years at J.P. Morgan in both New York and London.  Mr. Frank holds a Bachelor
of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and reports to Devin Wenig, CEO
of Thomson Reuters Markets.
