The Citadel Group Limited Announces Resignation of Anne Templeman- Jones as Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, A Member of the Audit Risk Compliance Committee and as Director

The Citadel Group Limited announce the following change to the Board of the Company. Having served on the Board as a Non-Executive Director since 8 September 2017, Anne Templeman- Jones has stepped down as Chair of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, a member of the Audit Risk Compliance Committee and as Director of the Company effective immediately.
