The establishment of the remaining entities is for the purpose of acquiring land and development of over-50s lifestyle resorts in Australia. All the entities were funded through contributions from the joint venturers and are not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated net tangible assets per share and consolidated earnings per share of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2022.
