Thaire Life Assurance Public Company Limited informed that The Board of Directors' Meeting of the Company No. 5/2020 held on December 28, 2020 has resolved to appointment Mr.Tarate Poshyananda Independent Director as the Director of Audit Committee in replacement of Audit Committee position which had resign. The appointment shall be effective from December 28, 2020 onward.
