The Klinique Medical Clinic Public Company Limited announced that at the board meeting held on 28 February 2023 acknowledgement of the resignation of Mr. Kornrit Thongsomkaew from the position of independent director, audit committee and the nomination and remuneration committee due to personal matters which may affect the ability to perform his duties effective on March 1, 2023.
