TD Power Systems Limited approached the Nelamangala Court with an application to obtain an injunction to restrain the Workers' Union from obstructing operations & ensuring smooth passage of employees and vehicles carrying goods from entering and leaving the factory premises during a strike or agitation. The Honorable Additional Civil Judge & JMFC at Nelamangala Court by its order dated June 18, 2024 received by the Company on June 19, 2024, has granted a temporary injunction order restraining the Workers Union, during a strike, from obstructing the Company, its directors, executives, staffs, workmen, vehicles, vehicles carrying with finished goods and raw materials etc., from entering into and leaving from the factory gates of the Company and are permitted to agitate beyond 25 meters from the factory gates for a period of six months from the date of the order. This injunction provides the Company with relief from potential disruptions by the union and ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the company's business during this period.
