A group of buyers agreed to acquire performing loan assets from CTBC Bank Co., Ltd. for €5.8 million on March 31, 2020. The group of buyers include Bank SinoPac Company Limited, Mega International Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., Chang Hwa Commercial Bank, Ltd. (TSEC:2801), China Minsheng Banking Corp., Ltd. (SHSE:600016), Hua Nan Commercial Bank Ltd., Offshore Banking Branch, Hua Nan Commercial Bank Ltd (Singapore Branch), Land Bank of Taiwan,Singapore branch, Taiwan Business Bank,Ltd. (TSEC:2834), Taiwan Cooperative Bank, Ltd., Yuanta Commercial Bank Co., Ltd., First Commercial Bank, Bank of Panhsin, KEB Hana Bank-Singapore Branch and Bank of Kaohsiung, Offshore Banking Branch.
