Syncom Healthcare Limited reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended December 31, 2011. For the quarter, the company reported sales grew by 5% to INR 561.8 million compared to INR 535.7 million a year ago. Net profit after tax increased by about 10% to INR 113 million compared to INR 103.1 million a year ago. EPS grew by 10% to INR 16.15 from INR 14.74. For six months, sales grew by 10% to INR 849.6 million compared to INR 768 million a year ago. Net profit after tax increased by about 24% to INR 157.1 million compared to INR 126.9 million a year ago. EPS grew by 24% to INR 22.46 from INR 18.14. EBITDA grew by 15% to INR 227.5 from INR 197.5 million and EBITDA margin at 26% of gross revenue as against 25%. By June 2013, the company plans to achieve a consolidate turnover of INR 5,000 million.
