From October 1, 2020 to October 22, 2020, the company has repurchased 5,893,099 shares, representing 10% for BRL 81.35 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 5,893,099 shares, representing 10% for BRL 81.35 million under the buyback announced on August 6, 2020.
SYN prop e tech SA, formerly known as Cyrela Commercial Properties SA Empreendimentos e Participacoes, is a Brazil-based company involved in the real estate sector. The Company focuses on the development, trade and management of commercial properties in Brazil.
