Its subsidiaries include US Natural Gas Corp KY (KY), US Natural Gas Corp WV (WV), E 3 Petroleum Corp (E3), 1720 RCMG, LLC (RCMG) and 5496 NRMF, LLC (NRMF). KY is engaged in oil producing activities mainly in South-Central Kentucky. WV is engaged in the production of viable natural gas. E3 provides oil and natural gas wells. RCMG is focused on the development of commercial land purchased in Bibb County, Georgia. NRMF is focused on the development of commercial land purchased in Santa Rosa County, Florida.
