Award of shares under the Share Incentive Plan
Sweett Group (AIM: CSG.L), the international construction and property consultancy, announces that it received notification on 17 January 2014 that, following payroll contributions made on 31 December 2013, Cyril Sweett Trustee Company Limited, trustee of the HMRC approved Cyril Sweett All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("SIP'), awarded 9,281 ordinary shares of 10 pence each respectively in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to participants in the SIP at a price of 65.0 pence per share.
Following the appropriation, Cyril Sweett Trustee Company Limited holds 8,872,056 Ordinary Shares representing 12.98% of the issued share capital of the Company.
Under the SIP, the following directors of the Company purchased Ordinary Shares:

In addition, the following directors received dividend shares on 21 January 2014 at a price of 66.0 pence per share as a result of dividend re-investment under the SIP:
