Jiangsu Fenghui New Energy Development Co., Ltd. signed the share transfer agreement to acquire 10.1631% stake in Suzhou Sunmun Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300522) from Lu Shiming, Wang Min and Kunshan Shiming Investment Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 390 million on January 30, 2024. As a result of this transaction Jiangsu Fenghui New Energy Development Co., Ltd.will end up acquiring 16.9780%.
Jiangsu Fenghui New Energy Development Co., Ltd. completed the acquisition of 10.1631% stake in Suzhou Sunmun Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300522) from Lu Shiming, Wang Min and Kunshan Shiming Investment Co., Ltd. on June 27, 2024. After the transfer the Suzhou Sunmun Technology's controlling shareholder is changed to Jiangsu Fenghui New Energy Development Co., Ltd.
Suzhou Sunmun Technology Co Ltd is a China-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of colorant. The Companyâs products mainly include water based colorant, solvent based colorant, inks, tinting software, color chart, shakers, as well as tinting machines, among others. Its products are applied in the coloring areas like coatings, latex products, paper-making, leathers, textiles, fibers, as well as inks. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
