An unknown buyer signed an agreement to acquire 5.45% stake in Suzhou Chunqiu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd from an undisclosed seller for CNY 230 million.

Chengdu Jiaozi Oriental Investment Development Partnership (Limited Partnership) signed an agreement to acquire 5.45% stake in Suzhou Chunqiu Electronic Technology Co., Ltd (SHSE:603890) from Xue Gewen for CNY 230 million on January 11, 2021. Under the terms of considerations, Chengdu Jiaozi Oriental Investment Development Partnership (Limited Partnership) will acquire 21 million shares for CNY 10.9 per share. After the transfer Xue Gewen will hold 144.4 million of the company’s shares accounting for 37.45% of the company’s current total share capital.
