On March 31, 2020, Mr. Robert B. Stewart, Jr. informed the Board of Directors of Super League Gaming, Inc. (the Company) of his resignation as a member of the Board for personal reasons, with such resignation to be effective immediately. Mr. Stewart's resignation did not relate to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
