Seung Chang Airtech, Inc. (KOSE:A080470) agreed to acquire Cosmocell Co., Ltd. from Kohsan Co., Ltd. for KRW 4.2 billion in cash on October 29, 2012. Seung Chang will acquire 0.31 million shares of Cosmocell in the transaction. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of Seung Chang on October 29, 2012. The transaction is expected to close on November 1, 2012.
